Lake Guntersville Gave Up Some Big Bass Last Week. It Was A Great Feeling Landing Them Big Bass For Our Clients. On one day the best 5 went 30-04lbs in July thats just insane…. Where have these bass been?? The interesting thing about this past week was each spot gave up 5-7 bass each day and they for the most part have been dandy’s. We have been averaging 20 bass in our 4 hour trips so July has been on of the better months this year and I am not shocked just because of the way this year has been going..
Personal Best Bass Did Happen A Few Times This Past Week. Our best bite has been the 14 feet to 22 feet with the occasional shallow top water bite 1st thing in the morning has produced a big un when we can get her in the boat, best part is that the bass seem to be staying put and that helps we spend more time fishing instead of hunting them.
Water Temps 87-92 and Water Clarity has been 2-4 feet in most areas and some are more and with the great water clarity we have seen bass chasing the hooked one in. Things should continue to stay good with a chance of improvement.
