Picking up where we left off last week—the bass still aren’t everywhere, and they’re still a little choosy. But that’s fishing, and the Guntersville Bass Guides™ crew is doing what we do best: working our tails off to make every trip a great one on Lake Guntersville.

Temps bounced around this week—you can track it live on our water-temperature page. With highs in the 70s and lows in the 50s ahead, fall is finally settling in. Last week looked like the bottom of the transition curve, and things are already climbing. As the lake slides under 70 °F, expect some crazy windows to open and bigger fish to show more consistently. We’ve got the best captains on Lake Guntersville. We’re still training a few of them to take pictures before they start catching the next one. Some are A+ with the camera… others are professionally trained to just catch fish. We’ll keep working on the photos while we keep putting you on ’em.
