Well Here We Are Its August Its Hot And Its Guntersville. If your not catching them then your in the wrong area or your technique may not be what they are wanting. The water temp has gotten back up in the high 80s and the bass well they know its the dog days and are wanting to get on their summer patterns but they just seem to be off. But I have faith that we are just in a transition period.
Water Clarity is clear like 4-6 feet deep in some areas
We did chase some schoolers around with some luck and had a slight hiccup.
Called Capt. Jeff he came over to help me out, he cut the split ring and we discussed if the line trick would work and we both decided it wouldnt work , it was deep and doc did agree.
