Been a busy week. Fishing is still good just have to keep an open mind. The frog has been the go to bait, and a close second is dropping a heavy weight on em.
Doug and his wife landed a few good bass !
These young men reeled in a few fish with us when the bass wouldn’t cooperate.
Some grass bass, after being in Texas all week it was great to fish the grass again.
I had the opportunity to go to Lake Conroe and help a client break down the lake and see what it had to offer, and it is a tough lake with millions of brush piles and 10,000 docks but I think we dialed the lake in.
After looking for hours I get this bite that just hammered it and started ripping drag then she tried to jump and couldn’t get herself out of the water,.after a good fight we land her and take a pic and let her go. After retiring and lining up and made another cast and her sister bites!!
Well we got it narrowed down on day one!
Day 2 we started on a spot that had the same stuff as the spot from day one and 5 cast in and this Tank ate it! Hopefully it all holds together and he wins ! And it will punch his ticket to the BassMaster Classic!!
